All business arrangements are strictly between you and the bookbinder, and the Guild takes no responsibility for any issues that may arise as a result of any business relationship. Each Bookbinder is listed with contact details, location, qualifications and speciality. Where available, a link to the bookbinder's website is also provided.

May we offer the following suggestions:

• Contact several bookbinders, as prices, availability & character of workmanship may vary
• If you feel it is necessary, ask to see the bookbinder's portfolio, or ask for samples related to the type of work you want to commission and discuss the bookbinder's background, experience, and available references
• It is beneficial, when asking for a cost estimate, to have the following information ready
  • Completion date / turnaround time
  • Pickup / delivery options
  • Quantities necessary for the job
  • Materials you would like used, (bookcloth, leather etc)
