INCLUDING THE ENTRIES TO THE 2012 ROYAL EASTER SHOW COMPETITION

OPENING 4 MAY AT 5.30 — 7.00 PM IN THE FOYER OF THE NSW WRITERS’ CENTRE, CALLAN PARK, ROZELLE

OUR AIM IS TO PROMOTE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE GUILD AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY BY SHOWCASING THE WORK OF MEMBERS.

ELIGIBILITY
* There is no cost in submitting a book however ONLY work by GUILD MEMBERS will be accepted UNLESS books were entries in the Easter Show competition. * Members may submit more than one book. Collaborative works will also be accepted. A submission form must be completed for every book. * Books must not exceed 35 x 35 cms in size. * There are no restrictions on the style of binding. Book restorations are welcome and any pre-restoration photos will be displayed with the book.

CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION
* The exhibitor authorises the NSWGCB to photograph and publish images of the books to promote the exhibition. * NSWGCB does not insure the books for loss or damage before, during or after the exhibition. The NSWGCB will exercise reasonable care and skill but the exhibitor is responsible for any insurance against loss or damage. * The exhibitor guarantees that each entry is his/her own work. Copyright in another person must be acknowledged by stating the author of the book. Exhibitors who collaborate on a work must acknowledge the collaboration and preferably supply permission to exhibit, by co-signing the entry form.

DELIVERY
*All books must be submitted with a submission form by Sunday 29 April (the bindery will be open this Sunday) and must be delivered to: the NSW Guild Bindery, Room 14, Writers Centre of NSW, Balmain Rd, Rozelle (within the grounds of Callan Park) The bindery is open Wednesdays 9.00am —7.00pm (bindery ph: 02 9555 5730) or posted to: NSW Guild of Craft Bookbinders Inc, PO Box 1110, Rozelle 2039, NSW Australia. * Please package your book sufficiently to survive posting! If return postage required, self-addressed packaging, with stamps covering return postage, must be enclosed.

COLLECTION OF BOOKS
Books will be returned or available for collection from 6 June
